Inside the main door to the house is a lobby with two doors - our front door is on the left. The other door gives access to the rest of the house. The shared front garden leads to a footpath. On the other side of the path are gardens and wonderful sea views.

All flats are strictly no smoking, and sorry, no pets.

Bedlinen is provided and beds will be made up when you arrive. Towels can be hired during the booking process if you don't want to take your own. There are no meters or other extra costs.

There is a key safe in the porch. The code will be posted to you, so you can arrive at any time after 3pm. You need to leave by 10am on your last day.

The garage just down the road at Seabirds House can also be hired by Barnoon visitors - if it's not available we'll let you know when we receive your booking. There's a Pay and Display car park very close by, and you can buy a "Weekly Rover" ticket in advance from Cornwall Council


Our Barnoon flat

Barnoon is a ground floor flat in an Edwardian house, 50 yards away from Seabirds.

Flat One, 7 Barnoon Terrace has:

A characterful sitting room with a window seat and superb views across gardens to the harbour

Barnoon Terrace is pedestrian only, so there's no traffic noise or cars within view

A double bedroom- just space for a travel cot. There's also a sofa bed, small extra charge -ask me for details.

Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washer/dryer

Gas central heating, Bathroom with over-bath shower

Free WIFI, TV with Freeview, DVD/CD player
The Seabirds garage can be hired

About booking

You can click on any available Saturday in the calendar to book online. If you have any questions or prefer to book by contacting me directly, please email or phone 020 8995 0873. Emails are always answered very quickly.

Short breaks can often be arranged, but they can't be booked online. The minimum stay/price is 3 nights and the period cannot normally end on a Sunday. Email me to book a short break.


We ask for a deposit to confirm your booking and the balance to be paid one month before your holiday.

We can take payment by cheque or by bank transfer. We will also accept Paypal but I'm afraid you would need to pay an additional charge. Please ask first. As a small family business we can't take credit cards. For last minute bookings we can arrange cash payment in St Ives.
