The house

Flat 1 terrace is above the garage, as the house is on sloping ground.

The "front" door of the house is inside the porch, up the short flight of steps at the side of the house.

Basics

All flats are strictly no smoking, and sorry, no pets.

Bedlinen is provided and beds will be made up when you arrive. Towels can be hired during the booking process if you don't want to take your own. There are no meters or other extra costs.

There is a key safe for each flat in the porch. The code will be posted to you, and you can arrive at any time after 3pm. You need to leave by 10am on your last day.

Flat 1 has an allocated parking space. If your party has more than one car, the garage at Seabirds House can also be hired - if it's not available we'll let you know when we receive your booking. There's a Pay and Display car park very close by, and you can buy a "Weekly Rover" ticket in advance from Cornwall Council

Flat 1 is a lovely spacious flat for a family or two couples on the ground floor of Seabirds House.

Flat 1 has:

A large sitting room with lovely sea views

A big private terrace with decking and table/chairs

Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven

Two double bedrooms, one also has a single bed

Bathroom with thermostatic over-bath shower

Free WIFI, flat screen television, Freeview, DVD

Washer/dryer, gas central heating

An allocated parking space behind the house

About booking

You can click on any available Saturday in the calendar to book online. If you have any questions or prefer to book by contacting me directly, please email mary@brownsox.co.uk or phone 020 8995 0873. Emails are always answered very quickly.

Short breaks can often be arranged, but they can't be booked online. The minimum stay/price is 3 nights and the period cannot normally end on a Sunday. Email me to book a short break.

Payment

We ask for a deposit to confirm your booking and the balance to be paid one month before your holiday.

We can take payment by cheque or by bank transfer. We will also accept Paypal but I'm afraid you would need to pay an additional charge. Please ask first. As a small family business we can't take credit cards. For last minute bookings we can arrange cash payment in St Ives.
