The "front" door of the house is inside the porch, up the short flight of steps at the side of the house.

Above the porch is flat 3's window with harbour view.

Basics

All flats are strictly no smoking, and sorry, no pets.

Bedlinen is provided and beds will be made up when you arrive. Towels can be hired during the booking process if you don't want to take your own (also bedlinen before January) There are no meters or other extra costs.

There is a key safe for each flat in the porch. The code will be posted to you, so you can arrive at any time after 3pm. You need to leave by 10am on your last day.

Flats 1 and 4 have allocated parking spaces. The garage at Seabirds House can also be hired - if it's not available we'll let you know when we receive your booking.

 

Flat 3 Seabirds House

Flat 3 is on the first floor of Seabirds House at the back. It's very sunny with a lovely harbour view.

Flat 3 has:

A large double aspect sitting room.

The west facing bay floods the room with evening light and the smaller window frames the delightful view of the harbour.

Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven

Small double bedroom with ensuite shower room

Flatscreen television, Freeview, DVD

Gas central heating

The Seabirds garage can be hired if available

About booking

You can click on any available Friday in the calendar to book online. If you have any questions or prefer to book by contacting me directly, please email mary@brownsox.co.uk or phone 020 8995 0873.

Emails are always answered very quickly as I have a mobile email gadget which is almost always with me when I'm not near a phone.

Short breaks can often be arranged, but they can't be booked online.

The minimum stay/price is 3 nights and the period cannot normally end on a Sunday. Email me to book a short break.

Payment

We ask for a deposit to confirm your booking and the balance to be paid one month before your holiday.

We can take payment by cheque or by bank transfer. We will also accept Paypal but I'm afraid you would need to pay an additional 3%, or 4% from overseas. As a small family business we can't take credit cards. For last minute bookings we can arrange cash payment in St Ives.

We normally ask for a separate £50 damage deposit cheque, which we tear up after your holiday.
