As
well as Barnoon Terrace we have
5 new converted flats with gas central heating
at Seabirds
House, Godrevy Terrace. This is a large Edwardian
house 2 minutes away from the Barnoon flat. Being slightly
higher and closer to the island the views from most of the
flats are even more spectacular - you can see Porthmeor surf
beach and the island as well as the harbour and coast views
described for Barnoon Terrace. Flat 5 is a little cottage
at the back. It has no sea views but is equally nicely done,
and very good value. All the flats are 5 minutes from the
Tate, beaches and the town.

Weekly bookings are FRIDAY to FRIDAY. If you can't take
a week, SHORT BREAKS are available in low
season or at the last minute. To calculate costs, divide weekly
rate by 7, multiply by number of nights required then add
£25. Minimum short break charges apply - £100
for 2 person flats, £150 for flats that sleep 4 or 5.
No meters, fuel included. All flats are strictly no smoking
and sorry, no pets. Bedlinen and towels are not included but
we can arrange hire if required. All
flats have dvd/music cd players.

hire. Ask us for details of a (police checked) babysitter.

1 and 4 Seabirds House
both have a washer/dryer They
also both include a parking space. A garage is also
available for rent (door 7ft/2.1 metres wide). Red = booked;
Green = provisional booking. Part week booked - dates given
are dates booked.
