The red arrows on the photo show where our flats are.
On the left, the Barnoon Flat
On the right, Seabirds House

The blue pointer on the map below shows Seabirds House.  Zoom in and it names the road our front door is on "Barnoon" (actually it should be Barnawoon). Godrevy Terrace is at right angles to that, where the front of the house is

Zoom in a bit more and it correctly names Barnoon Terrace. The Barnoon Flat is 50 yards from Seabirds, down that footpath.

Getting there

By train

The ideal way to get there! There's a good train service down to the west country - the main line ends in Penzance, just across the peninsula from St Ives. But many trains stop in St Erth from where there's a branch line to St Ives. This is a lovely picturesque journey, one to be enjoyed. Quick taxi  or about 15 minutes walk from the station in St Ives to our flats.

By car

Recently improved roads make the journey down through the west country quite easy. From experience we can say it's about 5 and a half hours from west London. See parking note below ...

By coach

Six fast coaches leave London and travel direct to St Ives every day - around £45.  Slower cheaper  tickets are available in advance.

By air

It's possible to fly to the airport at Newquay. From there you'd need to hire a car or take a taxi - it's about 22 miles to St Ives.

Parking in St Ives

Flat 4 has a reserved parking space behind the house.  It's the left hand space in the photo.  We have an EV charging point there, just ask for details.

The Barnoon Upper car park is very close behind Seabirds House, but it gets very hard to find a space there in high season. We suggest other options in the information we send to our guests
St Ives wasn't designed for cars. Driving through the town centre is definitely not  recommended so don't use Satnav.  We provide a detailed route for our visitors that avoids the town.
