"At first we would like to say that your footnote 'Possibly ... the best holiday flats in St Ives!' is not an exaggeration. Originally we have planned to make a 3-days-walk at the coast starting in St. Ives but it would have been a shame that your flat should not be used. So we have shortend our walk to 2 days to see one more sunrise directly from our bed... "
